  • 1.What attracted you to open a Real Canadian Property Management office? I met with Kap at the Century 21 Kelowna Conference. I liked the direction RCPM was taking and saw a huge opportunity to work the system with Century 21.
  • 2.What tools and systems offered by Real Canadian Property Management do you find most helpful in your business? Why? Mainly, the on-line system for the both the renters and the owners. Having information on the property at their fingertips is extremely valuable.
  • 3.What immediate goals do you have for this new Real Canadian Property Management office? We have started implementing a lot of the Century 21 marketing systems. Documentation of 50 pictures for reference purposes and 50 pictures and video for marketing purposes. We have and will continue to work on impressing the public with our marketing and present systems to grow our office door count. In 8 months we have weeded out a number of doors and increased our doors by 40 doors.
  • 4.What is your professional background? Obtained my Real Estate license in 1988. Purchased Century 21 franchise in 2006 and purchased Centum franchise in 2010. Rounding out the franchise with the addition of Real Canadian Property Management in 2014.
  • 5.What inspired you to enter a career in property management? Simply this, we have worked to build a total service orientated company. RCPM is another cog in the system. Owners need to build a portfolio or need to reduce a portfolio. We are here. Good renters want to become owners. We are here.
  • 6.What are the best qualities about the community you work in? We are at the Heartland of industry. Growing and expanding in population is inevitable. Opportunities are wide open for anyone willing to work.
  • 7.Where do you feel the local market is going in the next year? What are the strong points? I believe we will continue to grow steady. We will continue to build homes and continue with an extremely low vacancy rate. Great times are ahead as long as the world needs oil….
  • 8.What regions will you be focusing your services in? Edmonton and Area. Our team wants to dominate.
  • 9.Are you planning an opening party? If so, when is it? Don’t say anything but we are working towards a much bigger and more visual location. Once we have done that you all are invited.
  • 10.Please also send me any other information that you would like me to include in the release, such as any volunteer work, community involvement, or unique personal achievements. I am the past president of the Fort Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce. Ambassador to Fort Saskatchewan. At 49 I won a 100 meter running race against a guy 8 years younger and 80 lbs lighter than me. Looking at the Century 21 system I believe if Centum and Real Canadian Property Management follow marketing systems and attention to detail as Century 21 we have a huge winning system. I highly recommend Real Canadian Property Management and all of the Franchises I have mentioned.
