August Holiday's are soon to be over!

We experienced a short period of time with less phone calls and inquiries. This is to be expected in a great community with higher than normal income. Holiday's are very important in my community, and deserved.

As school is approaching I have already seen the phone lines light up as are last couple of months of selling fast approaches. Give us a call lets get that mortgage set up and lets find you that new and improved home.

March is Marching in!

Mid March has shown a lot of interest from the back door of our web sites. This small community of Fort Saskatchewan once again is drawing interest from around the country for investment and a great location to call home.

As the weeks move ahead I trust our Mortgage department will be pre-approving many new and existing clients. From there we will plan the attack on the home or homes of choice.

In addition, our clients with our property management division will be receiving information on how to buy a home. All great tenants become home owners at some time. We have the system and the path.

Welcome back spring and welcome back to Fort Saskatchewan.

2011 starting off great

Our office has started off with a bang. The phones are ringing again, are mortgage division is setting up mortgages and our new property management group are gearing up to round off the year. Finally, we are moving forward with fortradio.com we hope to be live by the end of March on the FM dial.

With this we now have way to promote and educate the community on what we really have in the form of service and over the top marketing to our clients. We are the best!!

Welcoming the slow time

November and December have become a time to create and develop new systems in the real estate industry. It is also a great time to reflex, recharge and have some much needed family time.

The direction in the real estate industry is by far the internet and the resources it offers. With this and the new addition of www.fortradio.com we will take a major step forward in seperating us with our competition.
