CENTURY 21 Canada CEO joins chart-topping 33 Realogy leaders listed in 200 Most Powerful People in Residential Real Estate

Martin Charlwood, vice chairman and CEO of CENTURY 21 Canada™, was named one of North America’s top 200 real estate leaders on the Swanepoel Power 200 (SP200) list alongside 33 leaders from the brand’s parent company, Realogy Holdings Corp. The annual rankings are compiled by the Swanepoel T3 Group, an established, leading source for research in the industry.

“I’m honoured to be recognized in such a prestigious list. We’re making strategic moves in leadership, always innovating to constantly exceed the expectations of our broker/owner franchisees, our REALTORS®, and our clients,” said Charlwood, vice chairman and CEO, CENTURY 21 Canada. “Through decisions like launching mobile-friendly websites for all members we’re empowering them to lead in their local markets and deliver exceptional client experiences.”
