CENTURY 21 Office Paints the Town (Literally) for Olympics
Century 21 Network Realty in St. Thomas, Ontario, has commissioned local artist Laura French to create several pieces of window art for its Talbot Street building to promote the Ol
ympic spirit in the community.
"Consumer response and comments have been fantastic!" says Harold Kewley, a real estate professional with Century 21 Network Realty (shown in photo below).
Local Hockey Hero
The art also shows support for local hockey hero Joe Thornton (see hockey player in the window, below) in his quest to win a gold medal with the Canadian men's team at the Vancouver Winter Olympics.
Thornton, who plays centre for the San Jose Sharks in the NHL, was born and raised in St.Thomas. His parents and brothers still live there, in the same house that Joe grew up in.
