The app uses iPhone’s own GPS technology to help you find properties within 1, 5 or 10 kilometres away. Searches can be narrowed down by price range, how many bedrooms you want and how many bathrooms. All the listings contain lots of details like amenities, square footage and age of the property. It’s really easy to get directions to properties and even open houses!
The great thing about this app is the ability to scroll through the high resolution images that some of our system members have put up. Viewing the photos in full screen gives a good idea of what the properties look like. Consumers want to see the bedrooms and the kitchen, even the front door. A picture is worth a thousand words and when you can scan up to 21 photos on a phone, it makes for a great experience.
Also, by creating an account, you can save searches and create lists of favourites. Consumers can use this to compare up to 10 properties and request more information or ask an agent for a viewing. All this can be done with a few taps of the finger.
I never thought I would be looking at listings on my phone, but this app makes it easy. I went to the iTunes App store and searched “Century21.ca”. With one touch of the screen I was looking at properties and finding their location on maps.
One CENTURY 21 team mentioned that they were able to pull up all the property details and email their client all while showing the actual home. Has anyone else been able to do this?
