Finally Airdrie shows sign of improvement in Sales. For the first time this year, the number of sales in residential sales including single family homes and condominiums matches last years numbers @ 100 sales. To date for the year the number of sales is down 21% over last year. The number of single family homes sold this year is 84 vs. 81 in 2010. The average sale price is $364,522 this year compared to $388,468. This is reflective of our market place and the slower sales year to date. Condomium sales were down slightly to 16 sales in May 2011 vs 19 last year. However, the average sales price increased to $229,431 over the $205,894 in 2010.
