Alder Flats hosts our annual Rodeo and Racemeet this year on May 24 and 25, 2013.
Friday night rodeo events start around 6:00 pm.
Saturday begins with Pancake Breakfast.
Come enjoy the Parade through the hamlet at 11:00 am. If you wish to enter a float, make sure your entry is at the Alder Flats Truck Wash no later than 10:20 am.

Yes, first impressions are important! Make sure your lawn, front porch, doorway and entrance are clean, tidy, freshly painted. Do mow your lawn, weed your flower beds and use a weed trimmer to get those edges sharp and inviting. Take down those old Christmas lights please!!! Get some new cushions ...

The Drayton Valley Health Services Foundation turns old cell phones into funds for the DRAYTON VALLEY HOSPITAL. Help us win the GREENTEC THINK RECYCLE CONTEST by donating your old cell phones between March 1- April 30, 2013. On October 27- The Alder Flats School Parents Council hosts a "Haunted Skating Shack" and Halloween Dance.
