Real Estate Statistics for Rocky Mountain House and Clearwater County April 2012

According to MLS Statistic's 50 properties were listed in the Rocky Mountain House Area in April 2012. In April 2011 -73 were listed, 2010 -61 properties & 2009 - 52 properties.

25 properties sold in the month of April 2012. In April 2011 - 13 properties sold, 2010- 11 properties and 2009 - 15 properties

Quite often as Realtors we are stopped when we are out and about in the community and asked "How is the Real Estate Market?". My answer is That Depends! Depending on whether you are looking to buy, sell, or invest the market can affect you quite differently. In addition, depending on the type of property you have the market is never the same. There are typically fluctuations in different price ranges and better times to buy, list, or sell a specific type of property.

Easter Seals Drop Zone!

This year several members of our office will be participating in the Easter Seals Drop Zone! Easter Seals makes it possible for kids with disabilities to attend camp which may have not been possible otherwise.

My 9 year old son Tyler will be attending an Easter Seals Camp this summer outside of Calgary. When he was 2 years old he was diagnosed with Autism. It is an amazing opportunity for him to be able to attend camp, this is an experience he may have never been able to have if it were not for fundraising efforts of so many. He will have an opportunity to make new friends and try new things in a safe, secure and understanding environment.
