According to MLS Statistic's 39 properties were listed in the Rocky Mountain House Area in February 2011. In February 2010 -70 were listed, 2009 - 35 properties & 2008 - 55 properties.
15 properties sold in the month of February 2011. In February of 2010 9 properties sold, 2009- 7 properties and 2008 - 13 properties
