Our office is having their monthly Saturday Tour Open Houses this weekend, January 19th from 1-3pm. I'll be at 4521 45 Avenue Close, a great half duplex with classy finishing and lots of room for the young family, stop and see me and we can find out if this one's the home for you!!

Christmas is on the way and many events will be taking place in Rocky Mountain House! Most recently was the parade of lights. This event is always special as despite the cold it is a great time to get out with your family and the community and take in some of the breathtaking floats.

In October there were 46 new properties listed, add this to the inventory in place and buyers now have 329 active listings to choose from! 4 pending sales occured last month and 24 sales firmed up! Congratulations to those who were able to make their move in the month of October.
