This week CMHC hosted an information session regarding forecasts for Manitoba. They see steady economic growth, employment rates edging upward, immigration remaining high and a relatively tight housing market. Their projected increase of house prices is sightly higher in Manitoba than the Canadian average at 4%. Again, good news for us here in Winnipeg.
