Elm Park is a neighbourhood in the city of Winnipeg and is located in the northern section of the community of St. Vital, and is bounded by the Red River on the north, St. Mary's Road on the east, Fermor Avenue on the south, and Dunkirk Drive on the west. The neighbourhood of Elm Park was originally a park founded by Albert William Austin's Winnipeg Street Railway Company and was established in 1890, set in a mature stand of elm trees in a meander loop of the Red River. It was later turned into a residential neighbourhood. Elm Park is the home of the Winnipeg YM/YWCA, and St. Mark's Anglican Church. It is in the federal riding of Saint Boniface and the provincial riding of St. Vital.

The community of Elm Park is managed by the Louis Riel School division and includes two schools; Glenlawn Collegiate (9-12) and Windsor School (K-8) . For students wanting to attend other schools there are many options (find schools in your area).
There are a number of stores and services along the community’s main thoroughfares, but Elm Park is dominated by the large St Vital Centre mall with over 160 stores and services which is just minutes away.
Windsor Community Centre is nestled in the heart of the Elm Park neighbourhood. This community centre provides indoor and outdoor recreational and leisure opportunities all year around.
