It appears that Jan, Feb, Mar and April were slower months than in the previous year. Not as hot as everyone thought or expected. The good news is that homes in great condition and good prices are still selling very quickly just not the crazy bidding wars of a year ago or even earlier this year.

Buying a house could be a real headache. A BIG headache for us because at this point we just had a baby, starting our own company and looking for our property in a new town. We already have too much in our plate, wouldn't be writing this recommendation letter unless Doug is so outstanding that we would feel guilty not to. Doug made house hunting so easy.
