Plans are underway for a new waterfront development on Black Sturgeon Lake off of the Ritchie Road. It's in the application stage now and information is available from the City.

Great news coming from the Headwaters project. There next building will soon be announced with pre sales beginning in April. The next building is expected to have approximately 40 units and will be at a different price point, We'll keep you posted!
