This mostly urban area is part of the Old Town in Niagara-on-the-Lake. It is located along Lakshore Rd with it's southern boundary being Niagara Stone Rd. The urban area contains a quiet residential area that has been developed in stages. It is buffered by agricultural lands to the west and Two Mile Creek to the East.

The area has the last, large undeveloped land in Old Town. A plan of subdivision is approved and will complete the area with a small commercial area facing Niagara Stone Rd. This urban area links with the Old Town through a trail connected at Butler's Burial Ground.
