Join us April 13, 14, 15 at the new CE Centre for Ottawa’s Big Backyard and Cottage show. This event is packed full of great exhibitors, sessions, and vendors. Stop by booth #519 to see us and enter our unique ‘this event only’ draw. Our team will be on hand to discuss you cottage, recreational, waterfront, and land needs. Plus, we’ll make it one stop shopping with a residential team on hand too. Show hours are Friday 12-9, Saturday 10-6, and Sunday 10-5. We have a small selection of entry passes available on a first come, first served basis.

The Ottawa Big Back Yard and The Cottage Show, is being hosted through the weekend of April 13th-15th, 2012. I will certainly be there presenting all of my Listings! If you have a house that you would like to have presented there, please call me ASAP and we can arrange everything. Hundreds to potentially thousands of people will attend throughout the weekend to see your Listed House. It's a Start

Wow! I was shocked to see an OC Transpo sign in Carp.

According to the OC web site, a limited service is coming to Carp starting January 11th. The service will also include pick-ups in Dunrobin. It will travel from Dunrobin to Carp and then into the city making stops in Kanata, at Bayshore and at Carlingwood. It will only travel on Wednesdays. The route is the 203.

I think this will be a great service for the residents of Carp to schedule their shopping or appointments in the City on Wednesdays. I feel it will help home sales and rental properties as an added element to the community.

My teenagers were disappointed that the service is so limited but I say - "Its a start!!"
