Housing:
Larger character homes in centre of village with subdivisions to the west and east of the main street. Farms are located on outskirts of town.
Hill Estates – Detached single family homes established approx. 10 years ago. Homes are walking distance to public school and community centre/park/library.
Village Creek Estates – A newer subdivision located in heart of Stevensville across from Loyalist Park. It has a mixture of town homes, semi-detached and single family homes.
Black Creek/Douglas Town has a mixture of older homes and a newer subdivision established approx. 20 years ago. Quiet country living with some homes built right on the creek providing boating possibilities.
