In a few short hours the season’s first long weekend, and unofficial start of summer, begins. This year, Victoria Day falls on May 20, and it’s looks like we’ll have some great weather to get outside and enjoy some fun events happening in and around the city.

Markham has implemented a number of energy efficiency retrofits at eight Town-owned facilities. Investments in these retrofits will provide these facilities with new energy efficient features* and reduce the Town’s operating energy costs. The following facilities were included:
