Should We List Privately or with a REALTOR® ?
I showed a private listing to one of my buyers, who ended up buying a different property. I mailed a thank you card to the private seller who had been trying to sell his house for months. He called me and after meeting with me, decided to list. Long story short, we listed, sold and possession happened. So not only did we accomplish our goal to sell, but we had many things that came up that could easily have been a deal breaker, but we got through them one by one. I see value in what I do and hopefully so do you.
