Is now a good time to sell your house?

Thinking of selling your home but not sure if now is the "right time?"   I can offer you sound advice on when to sell your home in the least amount of time for the best possible price.

First, I will help you examine your reasons for wanting to sell. The most common reasons why people decide to sell their homes include changes to their financial status, an employment transfer, a growing family or retirement. Today's low interest rates have also made it attractive for many homeowners to "move up" to a larger home.

Whatever your reason, selling a house is a complicated procedure so it's imperative to have a qualified real estate professional on your side.  Because selling a home involves large sums of money and complicated legal documents, I will offer you my expertise and help you avoid costly mistakes.

Community Involvement

Part of Century 21 Millennium's community involvement is time and money spent sponsoring families in need at Christmas and throughout the year.  My contribution is both monetary and time/effort.  Each month, I pay a certain dollar amount towards a sponsored family so that they can have a decent Christmas.  And, at Christmas time, I take the time to help deliver the food and gifts to the school of the family that we've sponsored.  This is all anonymous - the family doesn't know who is sponsoring them. 

In 2006-2007 I had the great opportunity to be an assistant coach with the AAA Vaughan Kings Minor Hockey Assoc. 

Personal Interests

Besides Real Estate, My biggest personal interest would have to be hockey. I enjoy playing and teaching the game. I am a VERY big Leaf fan!

We have a philosophy of giving back when we have been so fortunate. We are proud of the generosity that the team displays through our "Caring For Kids" program. Through liaison with local schools each year we provide new winter coats, bus passes and food certificates for children and families in need. Each Christmas we provide 20-25 children with the most magical Christmas they have ever had. It's a commitment we make to the children of our community, yet it turns out to be the most rewarding thing we experience throughout the year!


Personal Background
