Chicken Parmigiana with Fresh Tomato Sauce

What's on the menu tonight?  This is one of my all time favorite dishes, quick, easy and loaded with flavor!  Try it out and let me know what you think!

Chicken Parmigiana with Fresh Tomato Sauce

What You Need:

1/3 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

1 Pouch Shaken'N'Bake Extra Crispy Oringinal Coating Mix

4 Small boneless skinless chiecken breasts (1lb./450 g)

1 Small Onion, chopped

1/4 Cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italiean Dressing

2 Tomatoes, Chopped

2 Tbsp. Chopped fresh basil

1/2 Cup Kraft Mozzarella Shredded Cheese


How To Make It:

Heat oven to 400F.

Add parmesan to shake'N bake mixer/shaker bag.  Shake gently to combine.

Coat chicken with parmesand mixtrue, then bake as directed (on shake n' bake box)

Meanwhile, cook onions and dressing in large skillet on mdeium-high heat approx. 4 minutes or until onions are crisp-tender.

Stir in tomatotes; cook 2-3 minutes or until heated throught, stirring occasionally

Stir in basil,

Keep warm.

Top chicken with sauce and cheese.  Serve with rotini noodles or we like to switch it out sometimes with rice.  So tastey...Full of flavor!
