Who knows, we might even buy you a coffee! When the real estate market cooled in 2009 we at Century 21 A.B.C. Realty looked at that as an opportunity to position ourselves in the best new locations to do business. We realized from past experience how important the RETAIL side of the real estate business is to OUR CLIENTS and to our business in general. In ourder to carry out our plan we had to find the locations that offered high visibility, ease of access and parking for our clients.

FOR OUR DARTMOUTH CUSTOMERS

We chose to locate our main office in MILLSTONE SQUARE in the Russell Lake area at 250 Baker Drive. Not only is this area one of the most active markets in Dartmouth, but our location affords our clients the convenience of easy access to SOBEYS,KENT BUILDING SUPPLIES AND BANK OF MONTREAL as well as a host of other services and restaurants. Our new storefront will continue to get stronger as the surrounding area develops with new construction ,comercial developments and the new connector roads linking Mount Hope Drive to Pleasant Street. Eventually Mount Hope will also connect to Caldwell Road by running behind the Shearwater Airbase. This connection will improve traffic flow from the Cole Harbour area in particular  Colby Village and all of Eastern Passage and Cow Bay.

Our move to Millstone Square was completed in December 2009 and we have already seen a marked improvement in the amount of walk in traffic to our offices. Starting in early January we found customers dropping in and looking for information at Dartmouth's exciting new REAL ESTATE INFORMATION CENTRE!

FOR OUR HALIFAX CUSTOMERS

We decided to locate a second Real Estate Information Centre in a boutique location next to the new NATURES COVE HEALTH FOOD CENTRE in the Cove Building at the Halifax end of the Bedford Highway, just across the street from the Chinatown Restaurant. This high profile easy access location is in the center of the most active real estate market in Halifax. Approximately 30% of homes sold in metro are sold within a 5 mile radius of our office. With easy access from Kearney Lake Road and Bedford Highway, our location is very convenient for our customers from Bedford and Sackville areas as well as Metro Halifax.
