C21 Leadership Team
U. Gary Charlwood
Founder & Executive Chairman
Gary has forged a reputation as Canada's franchising leader. He built the Charlwood Pacific Group which owns the rights to the CENTURY 21® brand in Canada and Asia-Pacific regions, UNIGLOBE Travel International, CENTUM Canada, and Real Property Management.

A true entrepreneur, Gary arrived in Canada in the mid-60s with little but the clothing on his back. In 1970, he became BC’s top producing REALTOR® just 15 months after getting his license, before starting his own successful brokerage.
