Valley Update

The gap between MLS(R) resale housing activity this year and last year continues to shrink in the area served by the Annapolis Valley Real Estate Board. The July MLS(R) report for the Annapolis Valley Region, Nova Scotia showed seasonally adjusted sales activity was up 6%. The average sale price was $151,980 up 10% from one year ago. Total MLS(R) sales in the Annapolis Valley were down 6% abut the total value of all MLS(R) properties sold in July were up half of one percent over year ago figures. In the local V3 region of the Valley, sales were up as were average prices year over year.
