Real Estate Market continues strong

I had a quick  look at the monthly stats from the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board and see that the market, on an over-all basis, remains very strong. While the number of listings this month are up by about 10% over last month, sales are up by about 15% over last month and a whopping 100% plus over last year.
