More Congradulations
Congradulations to our receptionist, Shannon. The Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce recently held it's Annual Business Excellance Award function. Shannon had been nominated, along with 12 others from various businesses, for Customer Service Excellence - Individual . . . and . . . she won!
Of course, we did expect her to win, but still take this opportunity to brag a little. Day after day Shannon does a great job meeting and greeting, both in person and on the telephone. We consistently receive complements about her from clients, other realtors and professionals we are in contact with. I dare say, the other real estate offices now answer their phones just like Shannon . . . but, of course we all know there is nothing like the real thing. :-)
Congradulations also go out to our Century 21 Canada, office award winners for quarter three: Outstanding Achievement, Third Quarter - Audrey Perron, Harold Van Gaalen, Balbir Sidhu and Len Visser, and to the office as a whole. Well done!
