Hockey Season
It's almost here . . . training camps have begun . . . can you feel the excitement build? Abbotsford has a new game in town! We are the new home, (first on the west coast), for the American Hockey League's Calgary farm team now known as the Abbotsford Heat. The excitement is definitely building . . . can't wait for play to begin in Abbotsford's new sports and entertainment center.
And, it's not just hockey! The center has already hosted some great acts and in November the incomprable Alan Jackson is coming to town for a concert. It's been sold out for months.
Then there's the real estate market continuing quite active. Yes, the market remains a balanced market . . . that's one where the buyer and seller are statistically on equal footing from a supply and demand point of view. Of course, even when the statistical measurements lean drastically one way or the other there are always exceptions and that remains true now. I recommend a frank, open discussion with your Realtor if you are looking to get into the market as a seller or buyer.
