72 Hour Open House
In this video blog I talk about the Vancouver Realtor that hosted the citys first 72 hour open house and how he used social media to allow the public to follow him. He used tools such as Twitter, Facebook, blogging, podcasts and chat rooms to get his name out to people that are looking to buy and sell Real Estate and did a great job doing it. This just shows that Realtors in this market place are having to do fresh and new ideas to get notice. This Realtor hit a global market with his open house, there were articles in the Vancouver Sun and Province plus CityTV, Global TV and many more did news spots on him. I think that going forward we will start to see many new ideas like this being used to sell homes.
