Over the past few years there has been a few stories out about fraud involving rental properties. A recent story really stepped that up a notch. Someone is taking realtor information and trying to trick prospective renters into believing the house is a possible rental home.
I have a few suggestions:
1. Do not give any money to anyone asking thru a kijiji ad. I advertise my places on kijiji. Kijiji ...

On March 2, 2012, my wife Cheryl, my daughter Fonda, Ken & Donna Welk, Pete & Nicky Sebesten and myself, had the privilege of serving the first dinner to the families at the Ronald McDonald House. Real Estate Sales reporting by agents is often based on their personal experiences, and "feelings". It's quite common that you'll talk to a real estate agent and they will say things like "It feels like it;s getting busier out there".
