MLS Stats: More listings available for buyers to look at. A common question we hear today is can I write an offer subject to the sale of my home? More often the answer is yes. While this may not be an acceptable term in an offer for every seller it is quite common. The Red Deer market place is such that buyers can find the house that they really want and trade up. You can expect more of the same for Red Deer. For the most part sale prices have levelled off. The median sale price has been static at $325,000 with the exception of the last few weeks which saw ...

We were all quite surprised when they informed us this was the 29th annual "Bowl for Kids" in support of Big Brothers and Big Sisters through the Youth and Volunteer Centre in Red Deer. 29 years is a feat for any annual campaign.
