If you've ever had to explain how you do things or teach a subject or topic you know first hand that that process is beneficial to your learning as much if not greater than it is for the student.
Every year we call on our associates to work together as a team and prepare a meeting for the office. Typically we host sales meetings for our associates weekly on Wednesday mornings. During these meetings we share new listings, new legislation, new forms, new trends etc... We also have skills work shops.
Not only are the sessions informative but we like to have fun when we host them.
Recently the topic shared was regarding Foreclosures and Court Ordered Sales. We've certainly seen an increase during 2010 and 2011 of these types of listings and the rules vary. It's important that as sales associates we now the rules of engagement for these listings to advise and protect our buyers.
