Red Deer's Family Oriented Neighborhood

Clearview Meadows is one of the most family oriented neighborhoods in Red Deer with a close-knit atmosphere.  Near the Michner Centre grounds and bordered by 30th avenue and Ross Street, Clearview Meadows is a community that has excellent access to Downtown, North Red Deer and Joffre.

The hub of the community is the one hectare Park which consists of two children's play areas, three ball diamonds, two tennis courts, and a basketball court. An outdoor skating area and a small hill for sledding are available during the winter months.  Located in the park is Clearview Hall which is administered by the Clearview Meadows Community Association,a very active body in the neighborhood. Community residents are encouraged to join the Association for a nominal fee, which contributes to the maintenance of common areas, including the Hall,  and the park.  Some of the events, held annually, include: Family Fun Day in February and Green Deer Day in May where residents work to together to clean up the neighborhood.

Additionally, the paths that connect Clearview Meadows to the Michner and South Gaetz Lakes hill as well as into the new Clearview Estates and the Red Deer river valley with MacKenzie Trail and Kerrywood nature Center are perfect for pedestrians as well as cyclists.

With a mix of housing styles and list prices, this neighborhood has something for everyone.  Stay tuned for a listing to come next week, 153 Carrington Drive, Red Deer in Clearview Meadows.  This home has it all in a neighborhood that is second to none!  Get in touch for any questions or more information.
