Weekly Market by the numbers
Great weather continues to favour Red Deer and Central Alberta. The rush to find homes prior to the school year starting is continuing.
The trend continues in August the number of active listings are on the decline in the City of Red Deer. Still a large selection to choose from. We would expect the number of active listings and the sales to slowly decline as we continue into and thru the fall. We'll keep watching.
