      One of my favorite places in Red Deer is the Farmers Market. I go whenever I have a free Saturday morning. Sometimes its a quick dash to visit my favorite vendors but most times its a slow stroll up and down all the rows . The average sale price in Red Deer for 2012 versus 2011 is up by $21,436 Does this mean my house price has gone up? Not necessarily.
