Professional Background

This Realtor has a farming background and knows the value of Land. To that end, he will buy land, improve it and subsequently, sell it. As a result of this approach, only one property at a time, is listed, until it is sold; he does not sell or list other properties while this property is actively listed.  This listed property is partly owned by the Realtor and he has full knowledge of the circumstances and details  of this property. Please feel free to call me at 403 999-5510 or 250 764-7853; further, you text me 403 999 5510; also you could email.

Personal Interests

I enjoy farming, improving land, operating heavy equipment, golfing, hiking,  and hope to do more travelling in the future.

My main interest in real estate  is to buy land, improve it and then either keep it or prepare it to sell. Thus, I am not a high turn over Realtor but instead, I know the property I sell because I have bought it, developed it and now market it. I have little interest in investing in the stock market and would rather invest in Land which I think is the safest and most rewarding investment. To that end, if you believe in a retirement where your portfolio is mainly land, you are thinking like me; they are not making any more land but the world economies are printing more and more paper currency and now are mining more and more gold. You can't eat paper or gold but you can live off the land.

Personal Background

I grew up in Kamsack, Saskatchewan and went to the University of Saskatchewan where I attained my Science and Medical degrees. Upon graduating, I worked as an emergency doctor at the Calgary General Hospital for about 15 years. At that time, I secured a Real Estate License and bought and sold land essentially for myself. I am married with 4 children; my wife and I spend some time down South in Palm Springs area in the winter.

Professional Interests

Although I am a retired medical doctor, I still enjoy  various aspects of medicine. However, I am a member of the Kelowna Golf and Country Club and play golf there regularly. As previously mentioned, I still farm and operate heavy equipment on my own lands.Further, as a Realtor,  I market essentially my lands but  am often consulted by investors and developers regarding the purchase of various lands.
