It will be the first of its kind not only in Toronto, but in the whole country. The Well Condos will be a 3.1 million-square-foot-mixed use development which will cover 7.8 acres of downtown Toronto real estate. Acclaimed Real Estate Developer Tridel will spearhead the project that will see 3 high-rise condos, along with 3 apartments, an office building and retail space totalling 420,000 square feet rise up from Spadina avenue and Front Street.
