Our Philosophy

When deciding who to work with for your next Real Estate transaction, you have a lot of options out there, and we understand that.  So let us take a minute to tell you a bit about our philosophy:

  • Personalized Service: Everyone is looking for that something special in their next purchase, whether it is their next home for a growing family or an investment that provides the right returns.  As a smaller team, our goal is to work closely with each and every client.  We are dedicated to your needs and ensuring we do right by you.  We have an intimate and focused client base to ensure you receive the best possible service.  Its true when we say, YOU are our number one priority and focus.
  • Honesty and Integrity: Some people believe you need to be a bit of a 'shark' in this industry in order to get ahead.  By this we mean, someone who will do whatever it takes to get the best bargain.  We firmly believe that honesty and integrity is essential every step of the way.  We promise to deliver honest feedback about the homes you see and any changes/problems we might notice.  We will honestly advise you on what will work best for YOU, not for us.    And it is with integrity that we will negotiate and handle all transactions.  As Realtors, we take our Code of Ethics seriously.
  • Knowledgeable and Experienced:  Our team has over 10 years of experience in investing and rehabbing properties.  For the last several years we have worked with numerous clients to buy and sell their homes.  From searching for the right property, to crunching the numbers on an investment, and from staging to closing, we have been there and done it and have learned from and each every experience.  We truly believe that constant education is key and keeping a pulse on the market is essential.
  • Passionate: Toronto is my adopted city, and I couldn’t be happier about it.  Personally, I have lived all over the city and feel that I have now truly found my favorite neighborhood that is just right for my family and me.  So I know a thing or two about how important it is to know the city, know the neighborhoods and search accordingly.  I am passionate about helping others to do the same because I know how much of an impact this has had on my life.
  • Determined, Hard Working, Results Driven:  You are our top priority.  My team and I are dedicated real estate professionals determined to work as hard as possible for you.  Buying or selling a home can be stressful and challenging, and we will do everything in our power to make this as smooth as possible.

Avoid the Stress!

Buying a home this spring? Here are 4 considerations to help prevent unneeded stress during your purchase.
one Determine your budget
Your primary cost is a mortgage. Meaning you are going to have to determine the maximum purchase price you can afford. When calculating this number, don’t forget there are smaller costs like property insurance, taxes, electricity and water bills, as well as other fees that can come up.
two Give yourself time to organize
Moving isn’t as simple as packing up your stuff and renting a van. It takes a village to move into a new neighbourhood! Make sure you choose individuals who will be helpful and to make it easier so you don’t get stressed. Organizing boxes by rooms also helps to keep your move running smoothly.
Tip: Don’t fill boxes to the top so they stay lighter and you won’t injure your back frtom lifting all day.
three It doesn’t have to be perfect
There’s nothing wrong with knowing what you want when it comes to buying a home. However, if your “must-have” list gets too long and too specific, you may end up looking for a very long time. Remember that you can make changes once you move in, so look past the 70’s shag rug and wallpaper.
Tip: Figure out your needs vs your wants in a home before starting to search.
four Consider your future plans
Think about how long you want to stay in this house and if it will suit your needs for that time. Consider if there will be enough bedrooms? Or, is it located in an ideal school district?
Now begin your search and don't worry about buyer's regret - You have it figured out!
