To assist our clients, customers, staff and the public we have prepared a Market Analysis of residential homes sold or listed for sale on our MLS Board. The Market Analysis brings up some interesting facts; facts based on MLS sales recorded up to January 7, 2009 for our real estate board.(Cobourg, Port Hope & District Real Estate Board).  Our inventory of residential listings is up 35%. Our inventory shows at least a 6 month supply of homes in all price ranges.(based on year to date sales 2008) All price ranges studied show a decrease in sales, except in the $375,000-$450,000 range which increased by 30%.
