Attention First Time Homebuyer’s, have you been questioning your ability to purchase your first home before the end of 2010? Well, I’ve got some good news for you. The Home in Peel Affordable Ownership Program has been extended until December 31, 2010. And what better time to purchase a home then now!
The Home in Peel Affordable Ownership Program has been designed to provide residents that have a total annual income of $77,900 or less and who are currently renting to purchase a home in the Region of Peel (that includes Brampton, Caledon or Mississauga) for a purchase price that does not exceed $270,000.
Not to sure if you’re ready to buy a home? If you have said some or all of these statements, then you may be ready to buy a home:
- Over the years, I have demonstrated the ability to save money and I am generally pleased with the amount I have saved so far.
- I have a continuous and reliable source of income.
- I have worked hard to earn a good credit rating and continue to use credit wisely.
- Pride of ownership is important to me, and I would enjoy the opportunity to care of my house inside and out.
