Paperless transactions are here!

Great news - as of this Summer Realtors are allowed to provide electronic signatures on real estate documents.  This change makes electronic signatures legally equal to handwritten ones.  

So what does this mean to you as a client?  It means business is changing, services are changing and things just got cooler. 

Here are 4 paperless practices you can expect to see during your next real estate experience:

1.  Electronic sign in logs at Open Houses;  

2.  Property Features Sheets provided electronically;   

3.  Ontario Real Estate Association forms signed electronically via smartphone, tablet, laptop or pc; and

4.  Faster response times so you know exactly when you have a successful transaction.
