"If Not Now,When?"

When Robert F. Kennedy uttered these words he was (obviously) not referring to Income/Investment  Properties. However when even the generally pessimistic media publish a cover story entitled "Real Estate:This Could Be The Buying Opportunity Of A Lifetime" one has to to sit up and take notice.

The April 27th 2009 issue of Canadian Business magazine also quotes on the cover:

" The prospects in Canada are fantastic....I think in the second half of this year we''ll see a very positive change." & "The opportunity lies everywhere...Now's the time to organize yourself and get in."
