I was born and raised in Saskatoon…but I took a 25 year break to experience life!
I've lived in Montreal, Delaware, The Virgin Islands, Vancouver and Kelowna.
The adventure started when I moved to Montreal for a girl…..which lasted 3 months, like these things do when you're in your 20’s and impulsive!
In my travels I've learned a lot about life and a lot about people!
Previous to Real Estate I've worked in and/or managed restaurants for 30+ years.
How did I end up back in Saskatoon?
I got married and had children and decided that the restaurant industry wasn't going to enable me to spend quality time with my children.
Real Estate offers me the flexibility to participate in my children's lives and have a career that keeps me in the service industry.
Kelowna has great weather, but not much of an economy.
Saskatoon has a great economy! It is also an awesome place to raise a family and we get to be closer to my family!
What I bring to my Real Estate career is 30+ years of perfecting my customer service skills, paired with (like the restaurant reference?) the knowledge and training from Century 21, the leader in customer service for Real Estate, according to J.D Power and associates.
My first year in Real Estate I received the “Rookie of the Year” at Century 21 Fusion! I'm also the oldest rookie of the year, The Sergei Makarov of Real Estate!
I am on the Eastview Community Association where I am the Vice President as well as the Rink Coordinator for the Alvin Buckwold school.
I coach my Minor Hockey in the Bobcat Zone and just became the Coordinator for the Pee Wee & Midget Divisions.
I coach Minor Baseball in the Cardinals Zone and I am the Coordinator for the Mosquito Division.
I am the Mosquito Coordinator for Saskatoon Minor Baseball which involves overseeing 47 teams with about 500 players!
I volunteer for the Century 21 Fusion advertising committee.
I volunteer for the Century 21 Fusion Social Committee.
I volunteer with Century 21 Fusion to raise money for Camp Easter Seals.
