If you don't have REALTOR®, interview 2 or 3, don't just pick one because they have been in the business a long time! You want a REALTOR® that not only asks the right questions and explains the selling process in detail, you also want a REALTOR® that you LIKE! You are going to be spending a lot of time together, you want someone who is personably.
