Toronto set yet another all-time home sales record in April, and according to the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB), “while April’s sales result represented a new record for sales, that number could have been even higher if we had benefitted from more supply”.
TREB reported that single detached home prices hit an average of $1,257,958 in April, up a huge 18.9 percent in a year. That’s a price increase of $16,820 per month, or roughly $550 per day!
Condo owners are still seeing a good growth as well. Condo prices in the city are up 7 percent, which is basically a price growth of $2,411 per month, or $79.26 per day. See more: http://bit.ly/283iFy0
