Toronto and Area Housing Market

Toronto and Area ( GTA )housing market is extremely hot and in certain pockets the properties are selling over the asking price. As the rates are keeping low, I feel the market will keep continuing to be stronger. On the same note there are lots of properties are not selling at all and there can be many reasons.
