This year, for the first time, we decided to put a company team in the Canadian Cancer Society Relay for Life in Kentville.
The response was so great that we have two teams, Earth Bound Angels and Earth Bound Angels 2.

I love this time of year...everything is starting to grow, the trees are budding out, and the grass needs mowing. It's a beautiful, busy time. This past week, the farmer that rents a field we own was busy planting onions. This past weekend, our son participated in World Vision's 30 Hour Famine with his graduating class from Central Kings High School in Cambridge, Nova Scotia. From 12 am Friday till 6 am Saturday, the students were to have nothing to eat or drink except water and gum. That's quite a challenge for teens.... especially an eighteen year old guy that seems hungry all the time as it is! ...

Moving to the Annapolis Valley in the near future? Kentville is a great choice with no deed transfer tax and a new Elementary School under construction.
