Although we are Real Estate Agents based in the Annapolis Valley, Klaas, Deborah and I are actually licensed to sell Real Estate anywhere in Nova Scotia and can refer clients to other Real Estate salespeople anywhere in the world. We have often acted as the referred party, as well, with other agents contacting us for clients to serve.
In the past, we have worked directly with folks in all ten provinces of Canada.... from my home "Cradle of Confederation" Prince Edward Island, right across to beautiful British Columbia. We have also had the opportunity to work with several of our southern neighbors, from states such as Florida, Virginia, California to name a few, and I have put together deals for people in the UK and even as far away as Hong Kong.
This computer age in which we now operate has definitley made the Real Estate industry one in which we can work with people from any corner of the world and yet remain local experts, connected to more.
