What do you do when somebody lowballs your home?
When a buyer lowballs your home, you never, never, never reject the offer! This is the fastest and best way to kill a buyers desire. Most buyers are 'shopping around' when they do this. It's not a bad thing. It's the nature of being in a 'buyers market'. Now, having said that, they may follow through if you show them some flexibility. Show them you are willing to talk. Perhaps your bottom dollar isn't so far off from what they are willing to pay. But you have to be willing to put your ego(s) aside and deal with them.
Remember, your home is an inanimate object. It may have been a lovely home for you to live in, it is not you, it is a property that someone else has an interest in.
