Price Chart For December 2012

Number Of Sales: This Chart shows that the sales number has dropped from the peak since the month of May, 2012.

Number Of New Listings: This chart shows that the number of new listings has decreased in the similar pace of the number of sales.

Sales To New Listings Ratio: This chart indicates that the ratio of sales to new listings is still in a reasonable range in December 2012.

Average Price: This chart shows that the average prices for the whole year are in line with the seasonal adjustment in the past three years.

Although home prices in some local markets have moderated from their peaks since the month of May, 2012 (mainly due to the decline in the sales number), the impact on the average price for GTA seems to be contained so far.
