BIOGRAPHY

“I strongly believe that you can have everything you want in life if you just help enough people get what they want.”

Most agents spend the majority of their time and resources prospecting for new business, such as, cold calling, door knocking, advertising, direct mail, etc. This is where I spend the least of my time. I devote myself to serving the needs of my clients before, during, and after each transaction. You see, as long as my clients continue to refer me, I don’t have to spend time going out to prospect like everyone else, which means I can do an even better job working for you. This is what has allowed me to become a Centurion Producer year after year and achieve the status of top 40 in Canada for 2013. My whole business is based around my past, current & referral clients.

Market conditions dictate one's strategy. I have a deep seated grasp of the current market conditions and refined negotiation skills. I believe that success is measured by its relationship with people, rapport with clients and responding to their individual needs and appreciating the special qualities of their property.

I believe that we only get one chance to make a first impression, and yes, buyers DO judge a book by its cover! I will provide you with a list of recommendations to increase your property’s marketability. Suggestions will include exterior, interior and general maintenance items. Tackling a few simple projects at a minimal expense can make a powerful impact in the eye of the potential homebuyers.

I also believe that you can get what you want out of life but you should never do it at the expense of others. With that being said, I would never sacrifice my client’s best interest. Loyalty is first priority when working together, on both your side and mine. I like to work with my clients as partners and to build a long lasting relationship so that I can be there when they move to the next stage of their life.

A little philosophy...

I believe that you can get what you want out of life but you should never do it in the expense of others.  I have a great respect for people that try to achieve success and that is one of the many reasons I decided to get into real estate.  I strive to become the kind of person that people of substance and quality want to be associated with.

I strive to be a student and continuously learn new ideas and philosophies.  I believe that you cannot change anything around you until you change yourself first.  So, I am always looking for ways to change myself for the better by listening and learning from everyone that I meet.    

My philosophy is that we create our own circumstances and if you keep up your daily disciplines you will eventually get what you deserve.

I have spent many years of my life working at the executive level of large corporations. Dealing with high level negotiations is my specialty Just ask anyone I have ever worked with. Managing relationships was and is one of my specialties. Over the last 12 years I have learned that nothing beats the satisfaction of working together and helping my client's achieve his/her goal. 

Having a business background, I understand what a customer is looking for.  Over the years I have acquired planning and negotiation skills, while developing a reputation as an individual who can deliver quality results without sacrificing one customer for another.

I believe that over time success is determined from the mistakes one makes or don't make.  The best player plays with risks but at the same time always try to make the least mistakes.
